June 13, 2022
President Kerr called the meeting to order at 7:29 PM
Directors present: Lee Kerr, Ernie Sammons, Randy Ballard, Greg Elkins, Stephanie Brock,
Allen Howard, Bill Thiry, Jim Fluty and Larry Disney.
Craig Vaughn and Jonathon Campbell were present by phone.
John Myers was absent.
Greg Elkins read the minutes for the May 9, 2022, meeting.
Randy Ballard motioned to approve the minutes as read.
Allen Howard seconded the motion.
The motion carried 11 0.
Greg Elkins read the minutes for the June 9, 2022, Special Meeting.
Bill Thiry motioned to approve the minutes as read.
Randy Ballard seconded the motion.
The motion carried 11 0.
Ernie Sammons presented the Treasurers report for April 2022.
Allen Howard motioned to approve the report as presented.
Bill Thiry seconded the motion.
The motion carried 11 0.
Ernie Sammons presented the Treasurers Report for May 2022.
Allen Howard made a motion to approve the report as presented.
Randy Ballard seconded the motion.
The motion carried 11 0.
Bill Thiry presented the Registrars Report for May 2022.
No action was taken.
Chris Dixon gave a Caretaker Report.
No action was taken.
The Board of Directors discussed the upcoming replacement of the gate houses.
No action was taken.
Lee Kerr discussed moving the dock from the water plant side of the lake to the
clubhouse side of the lake.
No action was taken at this time.
The Board of Directors discussed removing the board fence between the Blevins property
and the Clark County Fish and Game Club.
Allen Howard made a motion to remove the fence.
Larry Disney seconded the motion.
The motion carried 11 0.
The Board of Directors discussed repairing the septic system at the Caretakers house.
Randy Ballard made a motion to accept the bid price supplied by Haggard Septic Service
to pump the septic tank and to replace the distribution box.
Bill Thiry seconded the motion.
The motion carried 11 0.
Bill Thiry updated the board on Youth Fishing Day. He discussed funds raised, gifts
and supplies purchased and attendance for the event. All agreed it was a success!
No action was taken.
Randy Ballard made a motion to adjourn.
Larry Disney seconded the motion.
The motion carried 11-0.
The meeting adjourned at 8:37 pm.
