• President Myers called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM
• Director’s present: John Myers, Lee Kerr, Greg Elkins, Randy Ballard, Stephanie Brock, Jon Campbell, Jim Fluty, Robbie Haney and Mike Lowery
Ernie Sammons, Craig Vaughn and Todd Wilson were absent.
• Robbie Haney updated the board concerning lake treatment. He stated that WMU had agreed to share cost with the Club for bluestone treatment.
Jonathon Campbell motioned to accept WMU’s help and to split the cost for lake treatment.
Stephanie Brock seconded.
The vote to approve was unanimous.
The board agreed to postpone the lake treatment for vegetation growth until a later date as the vegetation in question has already begun to die due to water temperature.
• John Myers updated the board concerning renting the Estill Farm house. He notified the board that he had a potential renter.
Lee Kerr made a motion to ask John to pursue renting the house.
Randy Ballard seconded.
The vote to approve the motion was unanimous.
• The board heard questions from a potential caretaker candidate. No action was taken.
• John Myers announced his resignation as Club President but will retain his seat as Director.
• Vice President Kerr assumed the role of Club President.
• Jonathon Campbell made a motion to adjourn.
Greg Elkins seconded.
Meeting adjourned at 7:15 pm.
