Monday, April 11th, 2022
April Board Meeting Minutes
April 11, 2022

• President Kerr called the meeting to order at 6:38 PM

• Directors present: Lee Kerr, Randy Ballard, Greg Elkins, Craig Vaughan, Stephanie Brock,
John Myers, Allen Howard, John Campbell, Bill Thiry, Jim Fluty and Ernie Sammons.
Larry Disney was absent.

• Meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

• Prayer was led by Lee Kerr.

• Secretary Greg Elkins read the minutes for the March 2022 meeting.
Craig Vaughn motioned to approve the minutes as read.
Jonathon Campbell seconded the motion.
The motion carried 11 – 0.

• Ernie Sammons read the Treasurers Report for the month of March 2022.
Jonathon Campbell motion to approve the report as read.
Randy Ballard seconded the motion.
The motion carried 11 – 0.

• Bill Thiry presented the Registrar’s Report for March 2022.
No action was taken.

• Bill Thiry gave a report on the Youth Fish Day.
No action was taken.

Note: John Myers had to leave to attend to personal business.

• Ernie Sammons read a report issued by Aquatic Controls to include recommendations.
Allen Howard made a motion to accept and follow the recommendations offered at the
bottom of the Aquatic Controls report.
Jonathon Campbell seconded the motion.
The motion carried 10 – 0.

• Ernie Sammons presented the budget for the year 2022. The Board of Directors made
suggestions and edits. Allen Howard made a motion to accept the budget as amended
by the Board of Directors.
Craig Vaughn seconded the motion.
The motion carried 10-0.

• Greg Elkins made a motion to ask Ernie Sammons to prepare pork chops for the May meal.
Ernie Sammons agreed to accept the project.
Randy Ballard seconded the motion.
The motion carried 10 – 0.

• Stephanie Brock made a motion to adjourn.
Randy Ballard seconded the motion.
The motion carried 10 – 0.
The meeting adjourned at 8:10 pm.
