CLARK COUNTY FISH & GAME CLUB, INC. BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Monday, January 4th, 2021
January 04, 2021

Meeting called to order at 6:30 PM.

Directorís present: John Myers, Lee Kerr, Ernie Sammons, Craig Vaughan, Randy Ballard, Stephanie Brock, Jim Fluty, Robbie Haney Craig Vaughan, Dewey Pope and Wayne Joslin
Directorís Absent: Mike Lowrey.

Meeting was opened with prayer and pledge by President Myers

President Myers addressed the board concerning meetings and clubhouse use in 2021 through the pandemic.
No action was taken.

Secretary Pope gave a report of the minutes for the December 21, 2020 meeting. There was a request for a motion to accept the minutes.

Treasurer Sammons presented the December Treasurer Report. There was a request for a motion to accept the Treasure Report.
Motion: Randy Ballard
Second: Rob Haney
Motion Passed

Treasurer Sammons presented a 2021 budget template. He then requested that the board assemble a committee to prepare a proposed budget for the full board consideration.

Director Brock presented a report on the survey that was conducted of the membership in 2020
No action was taken.

Caretaker Cravens presented a caretakerís report.
No action was taken.

President Myers requested that Lee Kerr chair a bylaws committee to review the current bylaws and propose any needed amendments to the board for consideration.
Lee Kerr accepted the task.

President Myers conducted a Power Point presentation defining goals and objectives for the Board and the Clark County Fish and Game Club properties in Clark, Washington and Estill Counties.

President Myer gave an update on Aquatic Controlís work and survey in 2020. He then asked for a motion to retain Aquatic Control for another year at an annual cost of $2100.00.
Motion: Ernie Sammons
Second: Wayne Joslin
Motion Passed.


The Board of Directors went into Closed Session at 8;11 PM. All non-board members were asked to wait outside while the Board discussed a Share Holder issue.

Once Closed Session had ended all non-board members were invited back into the room.

The following motion was made. The motion was that this Board of Directors suspend all Clark County Fish and Game Club privileges presently enjoyed by Shareholder. Mr. Shareholder has ignored repeated requests made by this Board and its Officers to stop representing himself as the Clark County Fish and Game Club on certain social media pages and outlets. Mr. Shareholderís privileges shall remain in suspension until such time that he complies with the repeated requests made by this Board of Directors and pleas made by the President and certain other members of this Board to stop representing himself as the Clark County Fish and Game Club on certain social media outlets but not less than six (6) months. Once compliant with this demand, Mr. Shareholder shall appear before this Board to demonstrate compliance and to request that his privileges as a member of the Clark County Fish and Game Club be reinstated. Mr. Shareholder shall only have his privileges restored upon a majority vote of the Board. Any further or future unauthorized posts or unauthorized comments made by Mr. Shareholder where he would represent himself as the Clark County Fish and Game Club will result in permanent expulsion from this club. Furthermore, it should be noted that any violation of this request or other rules and bylaws may result in member expulsion.

There were seven (7) YES votes, two (2) NO votes and two (2) Directors ABSTAINED.

President Myers asked for a motion to amend the current 2/3 majority bylaws Articles down to a simple majority. This will be a bylaws amendment.

Second: Ernie Sammons
Motion Carried

Meeting Adjourned at 9:26 PM
