|July Board Meeting Minutes|
Meeting was called to order at 7:22 PM.
Board member Greg Elkins was absent and Vice President Wayne Joslin attended by phone.
A motion was made by Jonathan Campbell to accept and approve the June Board Minutes. Second by Tommy Cook. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Jonathan Campbell to accept and approve the June Treasury Report. Second by Dewey Pope. Motion carried.
Steve Eubank addresses the Board about his noticing a decline in the Bass fishing quality.
A motion was made by Bill Thiry to contact Aquatic Control, to get pricing for them to conduct a fish survey report at the CCFGC reservoir.
Second by Dewey Pope. Motion carried
A motion was made by William Elkins to pay Todd Wilson to dig out the ditch leading to the boat ramp due to it washing out the road.
Motion second by Tommy Cook. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Todd Wilson to have Jody Mattingly continue with upkeep of the Hume farm at a rate of $75 per hour.
Second by William Elkins. Motion carried.
A motion was made by William Elkins to charge a fee of $3.00 per foot for every boat on a trailer stored on CCFGC Property.
Second by Todd Wilson. Motion failed. Votes for by William Elkins, Mike Lowry and Randy Steagall.
Rufus Cravens gave the June Caretakers Report.
A motion was made by Jonathan Campbell to accept and approve the June Caretakers Report.
Second by Larry Stewart. Motion carried.
Dewey Pope, Mike Lowry, Todd Wilson, Wayne Joslin and Bill Thiry are to be the 2019 Budget Committee.
A motion was made by Randy Steagall to adjourn.
Second by Jonathan Campbell.
Motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 9:00 Pm.
