Monday, June 10th, 2019
June Board Minutes
6-10-2019

Meeting was called to order at 7:28 PM.
All Board members were present.
6 guests were in attendance.

A motion was made by Bradley Wall to accept and approve the May Board minutes, second by Dewy Pope. Motion carried.

A Motion was made by Bill Thiry to accept and approve the minutes of the special called meeting on May 20, 2019, second by Mike Lowry. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Jonathan Campbell to accept and approve the May Treasury Report, second by Bill Thiry. Motion carried.

The floor was opened up to public comments.

The Board had discussion about the fish stocking and habitat.

Mark Walters addressed the Board about a gate that belongs to him that accesses the C.C.F.G.C property.

A motion was made by William Elkins to allow Mark Walters to Double lock the gate that joins the two properties, second by Jonathan Campbell. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Greg Elkins to have the club President and Treasurer to sign the loan for the Estill County farm, second by Bill Thiry. Motion carried.

A Motion was made by Greg Elkins to switch from Orkin pest control to Terminex, second by Tommy Cook. Motion carried.
An amendment was made by Greg Elkins to his motion to ensure the contract is complete before switching companies. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Bill Thiry to purchase from Walmart, two new tires for the grill, second by Jonathan Campbell. Motion carried.

The Board discussed the possible need and cost for security cameras on the property and in clubhouse.

A motion was made by Mike Lowry to ban any and all horseback riding at any properties controlled by the C.C.F.G.C. Motion died for lack of a second.

A motion was made by Bill Thiry to allow till close of business on 6-11-2019 for a Club member to make payment for a replacement for a lost key or said key will be deactivated until payment is made, second by Greg Elkins. Motion carried.

A Motion was made by Jonathan Campbell to accept and approve the May Caretakers Report, second by Mike Lowry. Motion carried.

A Motion was made by Mike Lowry to ban any and all Jug Fishing, Limb Line Set Line and TrotLine fishing on all C.C.F.G.C. Controlled properties, second by William Elkins. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Todd Wilson to adjourn, second by Greg Elkins. Motion carried and Meeting adjourned at 8:56 PM.
