Subject: Jim Ginter resign from board

Tommy,

After much consideration and prayer. I have decided to resign my positon as board member of clark county fish and game club. Due to my job and the hours of my shift I am unable to perform my duties to the level I have set for myself. It is difficult to be able to attend the meetings that are held because of my shift. I appreciate the opportunity and hope to be able to be off assistance whenever needed considering my availabilty.

Jim Ginter
