CLARK COUNTY FISH & GAME CLUB, INC. BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Monday, August 13th, 2018
Board Meeting 8-13-18

The meeting was called to order at 7:25 pm

Absent from the meeting was Randy Steagall. Vice President Todd Wilson took the minutes for the meeting.

Walter Newell made a motion to accept the treasure report as read seconded by Bradley Wall. Motion Passed

Caretaker report was read by Larry Disney. Jonathan Campbell made the motion to accept the caretaker reports Seconded by Bradley Wall. The motion passed.

Tommy Cook made a motion to accept a sealcoat bid from Miller Maintenance out of Richmond for $10,500 as long the job can be done by this season.

Seconded by Walter Newell. The motion passed.

Tommy Cook made a motion to buy Wifi Repeaters for the Wifi thermostat but not to exceed $300.

Seconded by Lee Kerr. John Ballard opposed motion passed.

Lee Kerr made a motion to change the catfish limit to unlimited.

Seconded By Bill Thiry. John Ballard opposed motion passed.

Bill Thiry made a motion to accept the supermajority.

Seconded by Larry Stewart.

Board voted then President Larry Disney called for a roll call vote

Vote was 6 5 No vote motion failed.

Larry Stewart made a motion for a 2/3 vote.

Seconded by Bill Thiry. John Ballard opposed. Motion passed.

Article 7 Section 2

Motion was made by Todd wilson to remove subsection b. Seconded by Tommy Cook. Motion Passed.

Article 9

Bill Thiry made a motion to change supermajority to 2/3 vote. Larry Stewart seconded. John Ballard opposed. Motion Passed

Article 10 Section 1

Bill Thiry made a motion to accept the way it read as is. Bradley Wall seconded the motion. Motion Passed

Article 11 Section 3

Bill Thiry made a motion to accept as the way it read. Jonathan Campbell seconded the motion. Bradley Wall opposed. The motion Passed.

Article 2 Section 4

Tommy Cook made a motion to remove the reward offer. Walter Newell seconded the motion. The motion Passed.

Article 2 Section 10

Bill Thiry made a motion to make the section Gender Neutral. Jonathan Campbell seconded the motion. John Ballard opposed. The motion passed.

Article 3 Section 5,6,7,9

Bill Thiry made a motion to accept the sections as the way they read. Larry Stewart seconded. John Ballard opposed. Motion passed.

Article 4 Section 2

Bill Thiry made a motion to make this section Gender Neutral. Seconded by Jonathan Campbell. Motion Passed

Article 10 Section 2

Lee Kerr made a motion to accept it as the way it read. John Ballard seconded. Motion passed.

Bookkeeping

Bill Thiry Made a motion to change supermajority to 2/3 vote and to be reviewed every January board meeting as a yearly agreement.

Walter Newell seconded that motion. Motion Passed

Housekeeping

Jonathan Campbell made a motion from to change from supermajority to 2/3 vote and to be reviewed at every January board meeting for the yearly agreement.

Seconded by Tommy Cook. Motion Passed.

Mowing Agreement

Jonathan Campbell made a motion to change the supermajority to 2/3 vote and to be reviewed yearly at every January board meeting and remove that they must furnish their own tools.

Seconded by Larry Stewart. Motion Passed.

Caretaker Duties

Qualifications

3. Must have own tools

8. Must have strong knowledge of general farm practices

Duties:

1.Change mowing weekly to mow as needed.

4,5,6 Should changed from club owned property only to club owned and club controlled property.

Change supermajority to 2/3 vote

Also be reviewed yearly at the January Board Meeting

Jonathan Campbell made a motion accept changes that are listed above for the Caretakers Duties.

Larry Stewart seconded the motion. Motion Passed

Motion was made by Larry Stewart to adjourn the meeting.

Seconded by Jonathan Campbell. Motion Passed.

Meeting Adjourned at 10:16 pm
