CLARK COUNTY FISH & GAME CLUB, INC. BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Meeting was called to order at 7:11 pm. All Board Members were present.
President Larry Disney opened the floor for nominations for Club Secretary.
Randy Steagall was nominated by Larry Stewart for Club Secretary, second by Todd Wilson. The Board voted Randy Steagall as Club Secretary.
The meeting was turned over to Secretary Steagall, who opened the floor for nominations for Club President.
Larry Disney was nominated by Bill Thiry for Club President,second by Larry Stewart. The board voted Larry Disney as Club President.
The Meeting was turned back over to President Disney, who opened the floor for nominations for Vice President.
Todd Wilson was nominated by Randy Steagall for Club Vice President, second by Johnathan Campbell. The board voted Todd Wilson as Club Vice President.
President Disney called for nominations for Club Treasurer.
Lee Kerr was nominated by Todd Wilson for Club Treasurer, second by Walter Newell. The Board voted Lee Kerr as Club Treasurer.
President Disney called for nominations for Club Registrar.
Bill Thiry was nominated by Larry Stewart for Club Registrar, second by Tommy Cook. The Board voted Bill Thiry as Club Registrar.
A motion was made by Bill Thiry to approve the December Board Minutes, second by Todd Wilson. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Todd Wilson to approve as read the December Treasurers Report, second by Bill Thiry. Motion carried.
The Board set the Directors dinner months.
February-Larry Disney, March-Randy Steagall, April-Larry Stewart, May-Lee Kerr, June-Tommy Cook, July-Bradley Wall, August-Johnathan Campbell, September-Walter Newell, October-Bill Thiry, November-John Ballard, December-Todd Wilson
The Board set the dates of May 18-19 for Annual Youth Fishing Day, May 26 for the Bluegill Tournament and August 17-18 for the second Youth Fishing Day.
A motion was made by John Ballard to retain Tommy Cook as Club mowing contractor, second by Todd Wilson. Motion carried.
A motion was made by John Ballard to retain Rufus Cravens as Club Caretaker, Leslie Strong as Estill Farm Caretaker and Kay Birch as Cleaning Personnel and Clubhouse Booking Agent, second by Johnathan Campbell. Motion carried
A motion was made by John Ballard that when Estill County Property is paid in full, that the $50 property acquisition fee will be dropped, Second by Larry Stewart. Motion carried.
A motion was made by John Ballard to raise dues by $25 to take affect on the 2019 dues, second by Todd Wilson. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Rufus Cravens gave the Caretakers Report.
A motion was made by Todd Wilson to accept the Caretaker Report, second by Randy Steagall. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Todd Wilson to adjourn the meeting, second by Tommy Cook. Motion carried and Meeting adjourned at 9:02 pm.
