New keys will be issued to members in good standing with every member getting one new key for each currently assigned key(s) in their possession at the time of the new issue.
Members can pick up their new key(s) at the Clubhouse on the last scheduled day as follows:
- Saturday April 29, 2017 from 10 AM to 2 PM
The current flat black key(s) will continue to be used until new card readers are installed and working properly!
Please be prepared to use either current assigned key(s) or newly issued key(s) beginning Tuesday May 9, 2017 to Friday May 12, 2017 while new card readers are being installed!
PLEASE KEEP THE CURRENT FLAT BLACK KEY(S) UNTIL IT/THEY NO LONGER WORK(S)!
THE REQUIRED BOAT OWNER STICKER WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE FOR ISSUE TO BOAT OWNERS ON THE KEY ISSUE DATE LISTED ABOVE!

Effective 02-18-2013, the Estill Farm Shooting Range is CLOSED to FIREARM TARGET SHOOTING during ALL State Hunting Seasons.
There are NO UTILITIES (ELECTRIC or WATER) at either farm!

YOUTH FISHING DAY
This annual Youth Fishing Day event, which is free and open to all youths Fifteen years of age and younger, will begin at 9:00 AM at club house on Waterworks Road. CLARK COUNTY FISH & GAME CLUB OPEN BLUEGILL TOURNAMENT
8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
CARROLL E. ECTON RESERVOIR
1277 Waterworks Road Winchester, KY
TOURNAMENT RULES & REGULATIONS:
OPEN TO: CCF&G Club Members and General Public
TEAM: 3 Person Team Maximum
• Fish from Boat or Shoreline (no outboard motors on the lake)
• No limit on number of poles
• Fish must be taken by “hand pole” only, live or artificial bait permissible
• Preserve the resource (make every effort to prevent spoilage, coolers with ice preferable)
ENTRY FEE: $30.00 per Team, Non-refundable, to be paid in cash day of the tournament, and prior to fishing. Participants will receive a Team Number at the “blast off site”. ALL Team Members must be present.
PRE-REGISTER YOUR TEAM AT: CCFGBT@aol.com
BLAST OFF SITE: Landing on the Clubhouse Side (1277 Waterworks Rd.)
BLUEGILL ONLY: NO Size or Quantity Limit!!!!!
NOTE: Red Ear Sunfish (Shellcracker) in the possession of a participant will result in automatic disqualification!
PRIZES: Awarded by Total Weight
1st Place 50%
2nd Place 30%
3rd Place 20%
TIES: Settled by coin toss
CCF&G Club Rules and Regulations Apply.
Valid Kentucky Fishing License required for participants 16 years and older.
Decisions by Clark County Fish & Game Club Tournament Directors are Final and Uncontestable.
SAFETY: Approved PFD for all boat occupants, children under 12 must wear PFD at all time while on the water.

Concealed Carry of Deadly Weapons Training Class 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

- 20 rounds of ammunition
- Eye protection (regular glasses are OK)
- Ear protection

YOUTH WATERFOWL HUNT

The Clark County Fish & Game Club Waterfowl Hunters will host twenty (20) youth hunters for breakfast and a hunt on November 4 and 5, 2017
Breakfast, Registration and Orientation will begin at 5:00 AM.
• Open to all youths 15 years of age and under.
• Kentucky Hunter Education Certification is required.
• Licenses will be provided by CCF&G CLUB.
• Each youth hunter must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at the orientation meeting prior to the hunt and a permission release form shall be signed by the parent or guardian for each participating youth.
• Two (2) CCF&G CLUB members will be in charge of the youth hunters while in the blind, one (1) adult is welcome to accompany each youth hunter in the blind.
• Youth hunters will be selected by computer drawing and notified by email or phone.

NO alcohol is allowed on the premises.
NO bass shall be taken from the lake.
Please DO NOT put anything in the lake.
NO personal or home garbage disposal. Use of the garbage disposal is for Club grounds only.
If you see anyone in violation of our grounds policies or rules, please report it to the board of directors immediately. In addition, it would be helpful if you could please obtain a name, license number or vehicle description for us.
|$100 REWARD is offered to anyone affiliated with the club who has reliable information on anyone violating the club's rules and regulations. (ex. - taking fish from lake, alcohol use on property, loaning key to someone else). ||
